1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 环球宅 proxy network services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.
2. Description of Services
环球宅 provides residential proxy, mobile proxy, static ISP proxy, dedicated datacenter proxy, and unlimited residential proxy services to business users. Our Services enable you to route internet traffic through our proxy network for legitimate business purposes including market research, ad verification, data collection, and multi-account management.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Services to: (a) engage in any illegal activities or violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) collect personal data without proper authorization or in violation of privacy laws; (c) perform denial-of-service attacks or distribute malware; (d) circumvent security measures or access systems without authorization; (e) send spam or engage in fraudulent activities; (f) violate the terms of service of third-party platforms in ways that cause harm. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) keep your password secure and confidential; (d) notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account; (e) be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Payment and Billing
Payment for Services is due in advance according to the plan you select. All fees are charged immediately upon order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failed payments may result in service suspension. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. If you dispute a charge, you must notify us within 30 days of the charge date.
6. No-Refund Policy
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Once payment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: unused traffic or bandwidth, mistaken purchases, dissatisfaction with the service, account termination due to policy violations, or changes in pricing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that proxy resources are reserved exclusively for your account from the moment of payment. In the event of a verified service outage directly attributable to 环球宅, compensation will be provided in the form of equivalent traffic credits or service extension — not monetary refunds. We strongly encourage you to review all plan details and contact our support team before purchasing.
7. Service Level and Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by 环球宅 and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Services without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 环球宅 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 环球宅 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
